Alright, so here are the rules. We wouldn't waste our time writing them if we didn't mean them, now would we?

-Basic-

--As it stands, the writing of this will be more story-like that what you may know by. Basically, let it flow like a book and don't go jutting off into the wild blue yonder.
--NO MARY-SUE CHARACTERS! NONE! EVER! NADA!
--You should be fairly familiar with the roleplaying process, so these reminders should not be new to you:
...No God-Moding!
...No Powerplaying, unless approved by the other person you're writing with- sometimes it cannot be helped.
…The password to the sign-up board is “dramedy”
...Keep OOC cursing to a minimum. Nobody wants to read that, and it certainly doesn't make you look professional.
...Seeing as you are SUPPOSED to be intermediate-professional writers, you should have the rest written in mental stone, and I should not have to tell you.

Punishments

Yes, we all know those idiots who love to mess things up. And we just love to kick them out, too.

...If we catch you breaking any of these rules, we will not hesitate to contact you upon the first offense. The second- an X-long banning period. The third, I'll leave that to the imagination.
…The first code you need for your audition post is “Intertwine vines”
...Don't come crying to an admin if someone hurt your feelings. We have enough to deal with, but in such fashion, if there is a serious problem at hand, and we miss it, feel free to contact an admin about it.

IC Posting

Ah yes, the fun stuff.

No unicorns, dancing coconuts, waltzing leprechauns, anything like that. Unless, of course, your character is insanely drunk.
…Seeing as this is a realistic-thing, all the “stuff” is allowed. Sex, drugs, alcohol…all that good stuff. Just know your limits, because nobody wants to read a whole mess of it. If so, then I could direct you to a place where you would fit riiiight in.
…Cursing is also allowed. People have better powers than you too. I’d be ticked off too.
…Pets and such are allowed, but they have to be accepted upon joining, just like you do.
…Not everyone can have a perfect life. Not everyone can have a horrible life. We need variation. Keep in mind we may tell you to redo your audition if we already have enough of your character’s type.
…The last code you need for you audition post is “winged monkeys”

YOU CAN HAVE UP TO FOUR CHARACTERS ON YOUR ACCOUNT NAME! NO MORE!
